My in house mortgage broker recently forwarded me an interesting article. CMHC surveyed more than 2,500 recent mortgage consumers on-line, resulting in the largest sampling ever undertaken by CMHC for this particular survey. The survey findings emphasize that:
Mortgage clients are optimistic
Canadians are astute mortgage consumers
Canadians manage their morgages prudently
Client satisfaction is still relatively strong
