Alot of home owners once they have decided to sell their home want it done as soon as possible and at the cheapest commission rate possible. * Request information regarding their training.
* How do they advertise? Do they have a strong presence on the web?
* How many years have they been in business?
* Have they prepared a official CMA & gone thru it thoroughly with you?
* Ask to see their listing presentation so you have a clear idea of services offered
Quick cheap services are exactly that. So be careful. Like any trade their are always discount brokers. If someone is willing to compromise their own wage chances are they are willing to compromise their clients service as well as their final selling price.
