Note To Sellers!

For those that are going to sell or are thinking of selling. Consider listing locally for the following reasons.

-A local agent knows the market.

-The agents have previewed your home through the Realtors tour which is exclusive to RMH comanies

-Has clients that want to buy locally.

-Has a vested interest in His/Her community.

-Most of the money from the fees will remain in the community to make it a stronger and better place to live and work in.

-Your home will be on the MLS, Facebook, Twitter, KIJIJI, and many other Print and Social medias out there.

-It can be viewed from anywhere, by anyone wishing to come to your community.



When you List with a Realtor from out of the area:

-Do they know the Market, the Trends, the features of your Home’s location that will make it more desirable and easier to Sell.

-Have they been in any of the other homes to fairly make adjustments when determining market value

-Your home will not be put on the local Realtor’s tour.

-Out of area Realtors may not be able to access your Home if the Realtor is not a part of our Central Alberta Board using our key system.

-How many clients do they have that want to relocate to Rocky.

-Will they be available on short notice (agreeable to you) to show your property. Or will they ask you to show it yourself as they are an hour or two away. (If that is the case why are you paying someone when you are showing it.)

-Where are your fees going, they are not being re-spent in your community. Supporting our community through their dollars.
